Your Instructor
My name is Anna and I’m a fully qualified personal trainer, pilates instructor and 200hr RYT certified yoga teacher. I’m passionate about keeping fitness simple, fun and functional. I aim to pare back the noise of the industry and help people to find joy in movement. Fitness should never be a chore or something to dread, it should be an escape, and a way to find balance in a busy life.
