About Our Classes
Bootcamp
Open to all levels of fitness. Strength and conditioning class designed to increase strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Delivered with a mixture of circuit training, cardio, core exercises and mobility.
Restorative Yoga Flow
An open level yoga class, designed to increase flexibility, mobility and reduce stress. This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, meditation, and guided relaxation.
Quickies
10-20 minute classes designed to make the most out of a busy schedule. Quickie Bootcamp, Pilates and Yoga available.
Pilates
A Pilates style ‘Sculpt and Tone’ class. This is a low-impact session open to all levels, designed to create core and glute stability, while improving postural alignment, flexibility and increasing full body strength. Open to all levels of fitness.
