Yes, all my classes and PT sessions are delivered online. I also run in person retreats, so keep an eye out on my Instagram for those.

All classes, 1x1 sessions and subscriptions can be booked online. Please visit the Booking section for more information.

I use Zoom to deliver all live classes. You can download this here!

All yoga and Pilates classes are suitable for beginners and the 30 minute Bootcamp classes are also open to beginners. Don’t worry, modifications are given throughout all classes!

Depending on availability there may be the option to switch between beginner/intermediate classes. I recommend to contact me if you are unsure of your level before signing up to make sure you are matched as well as possible before a course commences. Please note no refunds are offered for previous classes.

Yes of course! All classes are recorded and replay links are available for 7 days from the time of class. After this all recordings are deleted. Recordings are registered to the user email, so please avoid sharing access to this link as the link will then become void.

As all classes offer replay links for 7 days I do not offer refunds or rescheduling for classes. For 1-1 sessions, please contact me within 48 hours to reschedule. Of course in the event of sickness or emergency please contact me.

I always recommend a yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on. Sometimes, we’ll use a small set of hand weights but you can always substitute these with bottles of water/cans of food/heavy books etc.
